Returns & Exchanges

At DaVinci Baby, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
